The Supervisor for Training and Support position is a multi-tasking position that consists of providing education, training, and support to all New York Presbyterian Physician Services Organization (NYPPSO) staff associated with professional billing services. This includes coordinating activities that provide training to maintain quality operational and procedural standards. The individual will participate in the analysis and re-engineering of workflow and processes for all NYPPSO professional revenue cycle entities to ensure compliance of system standards. They will be responsible for practice management system software training to end users and offer frontline support to address system functionality questions and issues. He or she will work closely with billing supervisors and specialists, practice managers and the central billing office (CBO) manager to enhance performance improvement and provide continuing education to achieve organization goals. The individual will manage the daily operational needs of the training and support department and provide leadership, training and guidance to NYPPSO employees.
