In this world-class setting, you will provide confidential administrative and secretarial duties. This includes maintaining the department head's calendar(s) and updates on a daily basis assuring that he/she is aware of all meetings, locations and appropriate times. You'll prepare drafts, narratives and other correspondence. Work closely with our regional partners, university colleagues, and community stakeholders to keep the entire team informed of critical and ongoing matters. Preferred Criteria:

  • Associates Degree from a recognized college or secretarial school
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to be flexible and multitask to meet the needs of different stakeholders and leaders in a fast paced environment 

Required Criteria:

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Minimum of three years of secretarial experience
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Windows-based computer applications
  • Must pass keyboarding test of 4500 keys strokes per minute
