The Organizational Development Consultant fills a vital position as coach, mentor, and strategic business partner, working closely with senior leaders throughout the organization to help them achieve their strategic goals by maximizing leadership and team effectiveness. Assist with identifying, evaluating and planning team building activities and developmental events. Utilize employee engagement surveys with leaders to help them utilize the survey feedback to improve the department’s needs. Advise on change management strategies and plans to ensure the people side of change is addressed. Develop talent strategy and provide solutions to address talent needs and gaps. Design and deliver strategic trainings in a wide variety of cutting edge formats. Manage the Talent Review process at the corporate level and create enterprise profile of talent strengths and opportunities, succession bench strength, and retention strategies.



Preferred Criteria

  • Consulting background - internal or external
  • Organizational Development background
  • Experience collaborating and building relationships



Required Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
