Clinical Coordinator / Nurse Navigator - Outpatient Infusion Oncology

Koch Center, opening in April 2018 at our NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell campus, will set a new bar in personalized outpatient care -- from diagnosis to treatment -- by integrating new technologies and innovative clinical approaches to provide the highest quality care and enhance the patient experience. This 750,000-square foot, multi-specialty treatment center is designed to accommodate the latest technologies and will feature many innovations in the delivery of care to meet patients’ expectations in new ways.
In this critical role, you will ensure an exceptional continuity of care for our DHK Infusion Center patients. Take your career in Oncology to the next level, as you assume responsibility for coordinating and tracking patients' progress. Maintain regulatory compliance and collaborate with the Nursing team to implements all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives. As a Clinical Coordinator / Nurse Navigator you will utilize your clinical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide direct patient care. Work with the brightest minds in healthcare, focused on amazing patient outcomes every step of the way.
This is a full time position at New York-Presbyterian Hospital / David H. Koch Center.
