Coordinates program and/or projects for assigned departments. Assists Department Heads with project strategies and project schedules to ensure completion. Responsible for keeping assigned projects organized and meeting expected timelines. Coordinates meetings with appropriate personnel, records minutes and keep detailed project notes and records. Responsible for tracking and managing all incoming paperwork as it relates to specific projects. Coordinates and maintains calendars, activities and priorities to ensure proper implementation of schedules, personnel, supplies and other required support services as necessary for specific projects as assigned. Assists Department Head with project analytics. Responsible for Lawson functions as directed including managing vendor service agreements and expiration dates; assist with special service orders and completes requisitions as needed. Updates NYP / Lawson system with new purchase orders or Account Payable vendors (account # W-9) contact info and payment terms. Assists department Directors with obtaining quotes/items/service.
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management
Strong communication skills and ability to keep data and project materials organized.
Strong multitasking skills
1-2 years experience working on projects
