As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll assume responsibility for unit operations including: patient flow, scheduling, education and leadership to a dynamic staff, bringing quality across all aspects of patient care. You'll foster safety, quality and compassion to help advance our uniquely family-oriented approach. 


The schedule for this position will vary a bit between evenings / nights -  In the winter months, the schedule will typically be 4 days / week (3 10-hour shifts & 1 7.5-hour shift) and in the summer it will typically be 3 days / week (3 13.5-hour shifts). There are no weekends or holidays required. 


Preferred Criteria

  • Master's degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an Emergency Department 

Required Criteria

  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • Minimum of 2 years of acute clinical experience 
  • Current New York State registration to practice nursing
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies
  • Previous clinical expertise within the Emergency Department
